How is it billed?
Each Machine is a recurring monthly subscription based on its tier. Manage the fleet from your account; some quantity, resize and removal changes take effect at renewal.
What does Sync bring to a new Machine?
Selective Sync restores supported TDE state such as board data, Brain, skills, approved credentials and project metadata. Registered repositories are hydrated from Git; it does not mirror your whole home directory or uncommitted files.
How is work distributed?
Eligible queued and Bot work can be placed on the least-loaded online Machine. Each run keeps one durable owner and executes on one Machine; manual runs stay on the device you are using.
Does it keep running when TDE is closed?
Yes. The headless runtime keeps My Loop, Sync, scheduled Bots and project reconciliation running. Human Gates still wait for your approval.
How do I connect?
Use desktop Web Share, the touch-first mobile Web Share/PWA, or SSH with your account public key. Web Share may take a few seconds to wake an auto-suspended Machine.
Where does it run, and what persists?
Choose from six regions: São Paulo, Ashburn, Frankfurt, Singapore, Tokyo and Sydney. Each Machine has a persistent volume that survives restarts and image updates; persistence is not a backup or high-availability guarantee.
